of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you
need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can
make it right.

RETURNS
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center.
To be
eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same
condition in which you received it.
Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus
shipping charges
Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit
We cannot accept returns after 60 days
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business
days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase
amount and any applicable sales tax.
Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
EXCHANGES
We are thrilled to announce that we now offer direct exchanges to make your shopping experience even more convenient. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different color or a new product altogether, you can return any new, unused
item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like
instead.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Montreal. The team ships Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders without any personalized items are shipping within 3-5 business days. Personalized items are made just "fur" you and require an extra 3-5 days of production time. We cannot accommodate split shipments at this time, so your full order will ship when everything is ready. We hope you love everything!We use both the Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx to ship packages. Packages under 2 pounds are usually shipped USPS, while overnight packages and packages weighing more than 2 pounds are usually shipped FedEx. If you are unable to receive USPS packages or would prefer to us FedEx, additional shipping charges will apply.

This means that if you select standard shipping, your order could take 8-12 business days to arrive.Selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout does NOT reduce the time it takes to personalize your item/s, it only impacts the shipping method.At this time, we are unable to accommodate split shipments so your full order will ship once any personalized items are ready.Please note all personalized items are final sale and not refundable, unless we make a mistake.We hope you love everything!
What if my package is labeled as delivered, but I haven't received it?
When packages appear to be missing, it is almost always one of the following situations:- The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home- The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property- The shipping carrier marked the package as delivered before it actually has been- Your package may be awaiting pickup at the local Post Office but the postal carrier forgot to leave the slip, the slip was lost, or was retrieved by another person in the householdWe find that 9 times out of 10, a lost package shows up in a few days. Our policy is that if a package still hasn't shown up 10 days after the labeled delivery date, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
